The place was super quiet and great for catching some Zs 😴. Roaches were crawling around, and housekeeping could really up their game in keeping the place clean.

The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals, which I found quite convenient .

Housekeeping could use significant improvement as I encountered dead bugs in the corners and an unclean refrigerator.

dirty conditions

The cleanliness was severely lacking with grime and dead bugs in the corners. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned properly. I was constantly disturbed by leftover noise from neighboring rooms, difficult to relax.

The new manager Ravi really cares about the hotel and the guests. His approach creates a cute atmosphere. The staff overall was friendly to requests. The location provides a quiet retreat. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. I noticed roaches in my room and had to clean the fridge and buy supplies to eliminate odors. It was hard to overlook the dirty conditions with stains on the bedding and a generally neglected environment. This was particularly frustrating given the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. Improvements in housekeeping could make a significant difference.

It was so quiet compared to other places I've experienced. The Superior Studio was spacious and provided a cozy feel. I appreciated the home-like environment.

The hotel was located close to airport and Houston. The bed was comfy, and overall the room was clean. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson and the staff here was pretty friendly and amiable. We went out for dinner, found Rocky's Subs, it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

Unfortunately, ice machines were missing.

I stayed at intown suites extended stay houston tx, greenspoint with my partner, and it was surprisingly quiet, which beat my previous noisy visits to houston. The superior studio was spacious and cozy, perfect for a group getaway. We really appreciated the comfortable environment .
